"e-mentoring is ideal for our staff because many of them travel, and
they are able to maintain the relationship with the student even when out
of the country. We took part in an e-mentoring pilot scheme last year with
some good results. Now that the scheme is part of the curriculum, and building
on our experiences from last year we expect to see even better results from
e-mentoring."
