
David Horne left IBM in 1993 after 28 years in technical support, sales and management. Since then he acted as a negotiator under contract for various companies on negotiations involving legal, financial and technical problem resolution. Ian McGowan (who retired in early 2008) helped to develop the software for e-Mentoring limited in mid-2002 to give a safe email mentoring system for young people in the UK.
David
says it was the best thing he ever did. He is the chairman and owner of the
company.
